On Sunday 30 September, the Zuiderzee Museum and Bonhams, the English auctioneers, will hold an evaluation day in the Outdoor Museum. So, if you ever wondered about the value of that particular painting, grandmother’s silver cutlery or that ancient piece of furniture, or even if you are only interested in an object’s history, why not have the experts look at it? Come to the Zuiderzee Museum on 30 September and have it valued by the Bonhams experts.
Everybody may have three objects evaluated, so that everyone will have an opportunity to pose their questions. Experts will be present, with diverse specialities such as knowledge of art, furniture, silver, porcelain, etc.
Bonhams was founded in 1793 and is currently the third-largest auctioneering firm in the world, with auctions in no fewer than 57 different specialist fields, ranging from classic cars to paintings and from silver to furniture.
