The Indoor Museum is open the whole year round from 10h00 to 17h00, with the exception of Christmas Day. The Outdoor Museum is open up to 27 October 2013.
Wheelchair users have been considered wherever possible during the design of the indoor Museum and the exhibition areas. A visit to this building does not usually result in any problems.
The Outdoor Museum is generally also accessible for wheelchair users. However, the streets, alleys and buildings have been built and designed in an authentic manner. This has resulted in limited space in some areas, or perhaps a path might have quite a steep incline. This can be a difficult obstacle for a wheelchair. At the cashpoint you can obtain a map showing a wheelchair-friendly route through the Outdoor Museum.
People assisting disabled people who cannot visit the museum independently will enjoy free entry.
Pets are not allowed in the Museum. Working guide dogs however are permitted.
